Bookman's Electrical Services

We give Bookman,s 5 stars but that is too few. Their crew deserve far more. We have an old house which is difficult to retrofit with modern devices or technology, in this case rewiring under our kitchen, originally built in early 1800’s, with 220 electricity for our new electrical induction cooktop. The electrician crawled Through a narrow opening then through a small crawl space under the floor to install the wiring. Amazing. They were creative, cheerful and professional. It took several hours and the cost was extremely reasonable. We would without doubt call them again for any electrical wok and highly recommend them to others. I’m really disappointed in this company. My husband and I had painted our walls white but still had beige outlet/switch covers. So we needed a bunch of them replaced with white ones. I specifically emailed asking for matte, but half of them are glossy, so there seemed to be a lack of communication among members of their team. Also, they left our place an absolute mess. They chipped some of the areas of paint surrounding the covers/panels and they left screws, dust, and so much stuff around each cover that was replaced. Would not recommend, and certainly was not worth the price, but we really just want to be done with this experience. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

I was very pleased with the service. I was a new customer and I contacted Robert out of the blue because of a crisis with my circuit box on a Sunday. He wrote me right back communicated clearly and we made plans to have the circuit board replaced. New York Mike, a member of Roberts team, did my work. He was outstanding in every regard. I think Bookman's is lucky to have him working with them. He arrived on time. He listen to my concerns and accommodated my schedule. Mike works very very quickly and thoroughly. He replaced my entire 1971 circuit breaker box with a new one in less than four hours. The cost of the job was very reasonable and I was charged exactly what Robert had quoted. This is clearly a very professional, fair and skilled company. I highly recommend them.
