I have a home warranty and R&D was sent by them to repair my A/C and just recently my heat. Allen who I first spoke with was very polite and very understanding and was able to schedule my appointment within a few days when the A/c went and again was quick to get us scheduled for the heat as well. The technician who came out Adam was right on time both visits, very knowledgeable and polite, both of my dogs liked him too! (They are Leary of strangers) He Worked quickly and thoroughly checked our unit both times he was here. Keep in mind with the warranty SVC he could only inspect what was reports broken. Both times I was very satisfied with the service I received from R&D and will continue to work with this service provider for many years! A+ company in my book!

My HVAC caught fire one night. I filed a claim the next morning through my FAHW. R&D called me within 30 minutes to set up an appointment to come and inspect the unit. The technician was on time and so courteous. He explained the damage to me as well as how the process would work. They got my claim approved in less than a day. New unit arrived at my house 3 days later and was installed. Again, great, friendly people. Had to order a few extra parts for the control panel but again, they were helpful and informative. I never had to call anyone or do anything. They took care of all of it. They finished up while I was away on vacation and notified me every step of the way what was going on. My new unit is incredible! So quiet and works great! Can't say enough about this team and will definitely use them again! They are my go to team for HVAC!
