R & D was contracted through my home warranty. You always hear horror stories about home warranties and coverage, but I didn't have any issues. Randy came out, diagnosed the problem and assured me it was covered. My heat went out during the ice/snow storm and he was able to make it out there the next day. He diagnosed the problem, was able to reprogram my thermostat to allow for emergency heat, and ordered the new part that day. I had to wait a few days for the part to come in, but Randy called as soon as he got it and came and installed it ASAP. All was covered under my home warranty. My HVAC caught fire one night. I filed a claim the next morning through my FAHW. R&D called me within 30 minutes to set up an appointment to come and inspect the unit. The technician was on time and so courteous. He explained the damage to me as well as how the process would work. They got my claim approved in less than a day. New unit arrived at my house 3 days later and was installed. Again, great, friendly people. Had to order a few extra parts for the control panel but again, they were helpful and informative. I never had to call anyone or do anything. They took care of all of it. They finished up while I was away on vacation and notified me every step of the way what was going on. My new unit is incredible! So quiet and works great! Can't say enough about this team and will definitely use them again! They are my go to team for HVAC!
