Alex Southwell of Lexington Blue was an absolute pleasure to work with. My insurance company was making the process very difficult to avoid payment on a weather damaged roof, but Alex stayed the course, while remaining very professional, and saw this project through to the end. I can't say enough good things about Alex and his patience and professionalism. He actually cared about my situation and was devoted to resolving the issue. I would definitely recommend Lexington Blue, but would also recommend getting Alex to be your point of contact for your roofing project.

In March of 2023 my husband contacted Lexington Blue for a new roof on our house. They were going through our neighborhood and he asked them to look at our roof for an estimate. There were 2 guys originally. Cody and Hagan. They looked at the roof and they called the insurance company and started a claim that day. We didn't hear anything from them for 3 or 4 days so we contacted Lexington Blue and we were told the insurance was a problem and they were working with them. We waited 4 weeks with no response. Contacted again. Got the same answer. Was told they would get back with us. Waited another 3 weeks... still no answer. Contacted them again, got same answer that they were emailing insurance company etc.. and a few more weeks went by still no answer. Called back AGAIN, was told they would call us back in 48 hours. Nope.. nothing. Called back a week later, was told they would call us back that day. No one called. That's when we stopped dealing with them and found someone else. Now, we
