Accutemp Heating & Air

I decided a while back that I was going to replace my furnace and AC this fall due to the fact that it was 20 years old. I first used Accutemp back in March when Jeff came to check out my furnace and was immediately pleased with his kindness and professionalism. They came back last week to do a seasonal maintenance and I went ahead and purchased my air handler and furnace for install the 25th . I came home yesterday to find that my air had went out over the weekend. Not only did the office respond to my phone call promptly but they were able to get me on the schedule for my install 1st thing this morning. Jeff and Justin were on time and did an excellent job. It looks great in it feels wonderful. I can't recommend them enough.

I called Accutemp to set up an appointment & the company appears to be closed for business. Phone was answered in a different business name and they are definitely not located where google says they are so I’m not sure what’s going on with this company, but if your trying to reach Accutemp don’t call here.

We have used Accutemp for years, and they have held up their standards of quality and service with full satisfaction. Logan Sexton was our technician this last time and he was extremely thorough in a very favored time frame. Technicians always have the customer in mind first and we appreciate that so much.
