Let me first clarify, I have had mostly good experiences with this company. Have used them for the installation of my new Heat Pump system at my condo. Plus for service calls there and also HVAC service for my house. Found the technicians very knowledgeable and through. The reason for the 3 stars is when I had a technician come out to look at my buck stove 7/13/2023 and to get some analysis on the condition of the unit. Chase was young but very friendly and polite. My husband helped move the fireplace mantel out of the way so the buck stove could be pulled out and inspected.After that the only physical work Chase did was use a flashlight and look in side the unit and up the chimney. Mentioned there was a big spider up there but everything else looked cleaned. The actual buck stove never got moved. He pretty much thought we needed a new unit but not completely sure. He would talk to his boss. If the unit needed to be replaced, I told him I would like an estimate and recommendations for

Third property and third time I have signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. This service team is amazing! I highly recommend reaching out and schedule your inspection whether you have a new or old system they tell it straight with honest feedback and quality work. After the severe storms of last week, our A/C system went out. Allgeier replaced it with a new system. Austin was very professional and Jacob the installer was the best. The house has never been cooler. I have been a customer of Rick Allgeier and Allgeier heat A/C for many years. I would recommend them to anyone.
