Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Got all home windows replaced, took around 4mo from ordering to install. Mishap with total number of windows (I have a lot) but was handled. Customer Service was good. Installation was great, he was very informative and helpful, and cleaned up after himself. Windows look great!

My house is 18 years old. I had my whole kitchen remodeled New cabinets, counter top and the floor will be done in 2 weeks. I am very pleased with the workmanship on everything. They went above what they needed to do in order to update all aspects of the kitchen I am very pleased.

Unfortunately, I can't give Sears a zero-star rating. We bought the door in October and the work wasn't even completed (if you want to call it that) until February. The original installer mismeasured and so we weren't able to keep our original trim, as we specifically requested; because of this, our new trim, that we never wanted, doesn't match any of the other trim around it. He got matching paint (although I can't figure out why, because the trim covered the drywall) and got it color matched...TO THE DRYWALL. Then he went back and got an off-the-shelf paint that was way too dark. Now there's a darker green paint highlighting the unmatching trim. I'll have to repaint my whole kitchen to get rid of it. Sears has been no help remedying this. Also, he put caulking to cover up some holes. Caulking on the wall. He didn't even smooth it out. (The last contracter Sears sent did fix this, and he was great, but this is a Sears review, not a contractor review.) When we called the day a
