We called Project Heating to come out and take a look at our furnace for a problem we were having and our air conditioning unit. They sent out one of the most brilliant technicians I think I have ever seen. Dan Schuler came out fixed the problem and gave us some maintenance tips that was priceless. His customer service and knowledge is OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you for having someone like Dan working for your company…we hope you send him back for our regular scheduled maintenance. Project Tech Farshid performed routine service inspection today per our service contract. He was early and called ahead to verify appointment. Thorough inspection, friendly, informative. He pointed out issues that aren’t critical now but should be addressed. Polite, nice guy, great service.
