Our AC condenser was "totaled" by our next door neighbor's run away pergola during a big windstorm last month. Ken York handled the replacement order and the technician was James, I believe on 7/12/22. This all happened several weeks ago during the time period when the temp went above 100. Just took a few days until the new unit was installed. Outstanding... On another note, I'd like to commend James West for his attention in the past to our HVAC system account.
