Service tech did maintenance on my A/C unit. He explained what he was doing, told me my condenser was low. He replaced the condenser and then checked heating unit and was going to replace air filter but filter company had sent the wrong size. I called and they sent correct filter. He offered to come back and replace the filter for me when new filter arrived. He also checked my water heater. I was very pleased with his work and highly recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling. I am pleased with Bryant Heating and Cooling especially David Duncan. He called prior to his arrival and within the 3 hour window. Mr. Duncan is very polite and very knowledgeable about my unit. He cleaned inside and out, and when he came inside the house, he made sure to put on shoe protection. He thoroughly explained what he was doing for us. I recommend Mr Duncan.

Both techs that worked on my A/C were knowledgeable and respectful. The only criticism I have is the price of the part installed was high. I did purchase Bryant’s maintenance plan and will be using them. I would like to thank Deandre for his good help! Service: HVAC system repair
