Heating system quit - called John Waters Company about 9:30 PM - I have maintenance agreement with them - received call back about 10 PM - arranged with technician to come in morning to check system. He arrived about 9 and fixed system. Recommended to replace heat exchanger. Technician arrived few days later and replaced it. Excellent service/ competent and reassuring technician -John Abell. From the start, Cathy from the service dept. (I think) is kind, attentive and genuinely fun to talk to. Brett has worked on our unit and family members and we are all so happy with the work he does and how he communicates with us. He is a great person and I trust him 100%.
