They replaced our entire furnace and added air conditioning for our home 9 years ago. We’ve had very few problems with the system, but when something has come up, they were very responsive and affordable. They are always available and work quickly to get us taken care of. The service tech, Brett, came out to see what was wrong with my heat pump fan. He worked for abut thirty minutes, came back in and it was working!!! I monitored it for the rest of the evening and there were no hiccups. I am very grateful to Brett and John Waters for fixing me up!!! I will definitely use them again when needed!!!
