I am a professional property flipper and have used Roof it Right many times. They first became my roofing company when they declined to give me a second-opinion quote on a roof replacement because the roof didn’t need replacing. It only needed repair. That level of honesty is rare in business. One time I made the mistake of trying a different company, and I regret it to this day. After paying for an entirely new roof, I needed Roof it Right to come out and do some repairs on it. It would have been far wiser to use Roof it Right to begin with. They are the only roofing company I use now. Turns out the other company sold roofs, but didn’t install them (it was outsourced) and they had no clue why my new roof kept leaking after 6 failed attempts to repair it.
