I bought a $99 roof inspection/minor repair package on Angie's List. Joey, the field manager of Storm Guard Restoration was here within 2 days , walked the roof and discovered severe wind damage. He offered to contact the insurance company, dealt with the adjuster and a new roof was authorized. Joey made this process very painless and customer friendly.. The installation was carried out incredibly fast, thorough and with concern of possible damage to the perimeter of the house. The roofers did a fantastic job, under the supervision of Storm Guards production manager Chad. He also made sure that the clean up process was carried out thoroughly (they accepted a repair bill for a damaged A/C unit without dispute and made me whole). They dealt with the insurer till the end, and I got reimbursed just as they predicted.
