NEW LOOK - Roofing, Siding, Windows and Gutters

New look was so great!! I called several roofing companies to figure out my options and to make sure I knew no one was gonna take advantage of me (sorry but being a single mom who knows nothing about roofing I was worried about that). Out of the 5 companies 2 tried to force me to sign a contract without even getting a estimate, 1 just never called back, 1 called about once a month, and New Look kept in contact every step of the way!! Colin came to my house on 2 separate occasions, called weekly for any updates and to ask if he could help, and made sure I knew my rights when it came time to fight my insurance company!! If I texted or called him he would always answer or respond in a timely manner. He stayed by my side for over 2 months without a signed contract helping me every step of the way, until I ultimately won a full replacement roof. This was my first experience with New Look. They installed our windows, siding, and gutters. I am a picky person who expects best performance, so I know Julian had his hands full. We had a bit of miscommunication between Julian, me, and my business partner with timeline but he was patient and we resolved them quickly. They employ excellent craftsmen and our place turned out amazing. Julian even had some great suggestions to help make it even better than anticipated. New Look Roofing is such a pleasure to do business with. This is a company that you need to use. They have replaced a roof on both houses I have owned. Just recently, I had damage to the siding of my house from a wind storm. I made the phone call to them and they were on site the same day to fix the issue. They are very personable reliable, and fairly priced. My friends and family know to call them first if they have any roofing, gutter, siding needs. 5 stars!!!
