The balcony on my condo was constructed very poorly - any time it would rain water would pool and collect until it was removed. I contacted several contractors, no one could help. I finally came across SkyGuard - they sent Joe Mueller and Diego Rodriguez to inspect my unit and discuss various solutions. They agreed a small drain followed by resealing would be a good start. A few weeks after the balcony was resealed, a few areas started peeling. I contacted Joe, and it was resolved a few days later. Great price, really great hard working staff, we had a bad deck on the house we bought that was not put on right and had water damage. Skyguard was above and beyond! While they installed 2 Solar Attic Fans, which are incredible, they discovered a problem with all of the stack vents which were sealed closed . . . A bad thing! While on the roof they repaired them free of charge! That is exceptional, above and beyond service! I would highly recommend Skyguard! Service: Fan installation
