KLM Heating & Cooling

We use KLM for our Industrial equipment maintenance. They do a fantastic job. Josh always thoroughly explains all the maintenance needed and shows me pictures to help explain everything.

The short answer: I highly recommend KLM Heating & Cooling for their honesty, integrity and customer service. Detailed Review - First point of contact: My KML story started with an after hours call for a gas valve leak. They offered to come out that night but I opted to wait until morning since I had an old heater that needed parts to be ordered and nothing could be done that night anyway. Service call: Tony came out, found the leak and went over the cost of fixing it. As a person who knows nothing about HVAC systems nor has a husband to help walk me through these decisions, I especially appreciated the extra time he spent going over the pros and cons of fixing vs. replacing. He offered to find a general price range to see if that was even an option I should explore. I decided it was worth exploring and asked for someone to come talk to me about options.
