Regarding HOT WATER HEATER replacement. I would rate higher, however; the price I felt was on the high side. The customer service, as everyone seems to have mentioned is easily 6 out of 5 stars. Knowledgeable and very friendly plumber/service man who explained everything to me, including options, in depth. Thanks Cole. Pricing was also upfront and financing options available. The woman who answered the phone was super helpful, friendly, and professional. You can easily see that this company truly does value their customers. They are thorough and I was able to have an emergency replacement within about an hour of first contact. Now THAT is impressive!!! (Before and after pics below).
