This is hands down the BEST CONTRACTOR I have hired in all of baton rouge. He calls when he says he will, follows-up when he says, he keeps you informed if something pops up. Ex: old lady without air... He asked if I could hold-off so he could take care of her. I'm very easy to work with, but most contractors would not stay in contact with you and just show up 3 hours late with an excuse. Plus, Marvin came to my house on a Sunday to look at my unit after church. He did not have to that. But that's the kind of service this company does. Old School CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's a new technology advanced ac unit and he's still learning how it works as well. So I too, am ok, because I know he's one of the best in Baton Rouge area. I would DEFINITELY recommend Marvin’s AC & Heating!!! He never got frustrated (it was super hot in my house and even hotter in my attic which didn’t provide much moving room), very professional and knowledgeable concerning my situation at hand!! Efficient communicator - He took the time to explain things. I could go on and on but he helped me a lot especially being that I live in Maringouin!! I am a proud new customer :-)
