I can’t say enough about how professional everyone from this company treated me. They communicated well and everyone was extremely polite. The process was quick and efficient. I will personally recommend this company every chance I get.
Jared Hebert did a great job. He was on time, knowledgeable and diagnosed the a/c issue quickly. The repair was timely as well. Would definitely recommend and use him again.
Mr Thomas was exceptionally professional and courteous. He carefully (and patiently) explained things to me and checked everything over again before he left. I don’t know whether Southern AC is the least expensive, but I can tell you that everyone I’ve had occasion to meet and/or speak with has been courteous and knowledgeable.
