UBA Heating and Cooling

This was my 2nd time using UBA and both times I used UBA through my home warranty company. This time I was so distraught because my a/c was out and after requesting a tech I contacted UBA directly to see if they had an earlier date for the technician to come out. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful and tried her best to get me a sooner date but couldn't. When the tech did arrive on his scheduled date he called prior to arrival, was very courteous and professional. My issue was resolved fully! No complaints here. Service: A/C system repair

This was an AHS SERVICE CO. EXCELLENT Service Rob was great if you’re lucky enough to get him, you’ll be satisfied. If AHS assigns Trademasters from the south shore RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO REQUEST A REAL PRO! Trade master is awe full. They didn’t return any of my 5 messages in a week. UBA called me within 1/2 hour of changing service companies. And I was lucky enough that they came the same day. Can’t say how happy my wife was. Thank you UBA and Rob. I have one of your representatives come and check on my AC unit. He knew what he was talking about. I would consider using UBA maintenance for my upkeep in each year.
