Precision mechanical and Bob setup our generac and properly sized it for the house and budget. Bob helped us on getting the right system and options for our budget. Always on time to service the unit and easy to work with. They'll answer and respond at any time of day or night. They came out recently during this latest snow when our generator wouldn't run our heater but everything else worked. They sent a tech to our house the next morning and I was in correspondence with Bob to help figure out the issue. Nothing was wrong with our generac but the hvac was setup differently and pulling too much amperage so they fixed that. Heat pump would run but when the heat strip kicked on it would knock out the generator. They used to have a person in the office a year or so ago we had some billing issues with they kept sending the incorrect invoices but we spoke with Bob Horrel and he lined out the problem and had zero problems. I agree with someone else who said Precision Mechanical is Johnny-on-the-spot until the point of sale. Believe this! This is completely accurate of them! Can't speak for their Commercial Customers, but they simply do not care about the residential customer base. They have always been very nice to deal with and I've never experienced any rudeness, but have had problems with them from the get go. From being told we would need a 42" concrete pad we'd pour ourselves for the Generator we purchased (turned out to be 48"long), to the THIRTY-TWO PERCENT price increase ($175 in 2021 to $231 in 2022) for my two semi-annual service calls to service the generator.THIRTY-TWO PERCENT! Twice as bad as the Time Share Maintenance fee I was once billed. After calling about the price increase I was told not to worry about paying it at that time. The lady in the office said she would look into why I was billed so much more. That was May 2022. Did not hear anything from them until July 9th with a past due

Was tired of loosing power. Called these people. I purchased a whole house generator. The price was right. Professionally installed. Customer service was outstanding. I would recommend PMPS to everyone.
