From the beginning of our bathroom remodels, the organization, communication and professionalism MLM managed the effort with was outstanding. Their staff was accessible, friendly and knowledgeable and were a pleasure to have in our home. Quite often contractors leave you feeling as though they are doing you a favor handling your projects. This was not the case with Machi and his MLM staff. At every point we felt like they respected us trusting them with our home and that our satisfaction was all that mattered. Each of our two bathroom remodels presented separate challenges and each was completed beyond our expectations.
