Our roof was damaged as a result of Hurricane Ida and if it had not been for Mitch Wilbanks and his team we would never have gotten a full roof from our insurance. Mitch had such expertise in assessing damage and was able to get the adjuster to approve our claim. They came through after Hurricane Ida damaged my roof. The price was slightly higher than others but includes a lifetime warranty on the roof. They went above and beyond to help after the decking was found to be not up to code. They handled the extra claim with the insurance company and got quicker and better results than I could.
