C.M. Handyman Services did a great job. They were responsive and punctual. Chris and Mary kept in touch daily so the schedule was predictable. I had a pretty difficult project that several other competitors were not able to handle. I wish that I had found C.M. sooner. The biggest issues in this industry are communication, skill set and attention to the little details. Chris and Mary nailed each one. I felt that they truly cared about our home. C.M. I confirmed an appointment two days before the appointment, then again the day before. I received confirmation. Took the day off. 20 minutes before the appointment I get a text that the handyman is caught up, and that the assistant has another appointment in the morning. No information was given about when if/when he was coming later, no apology. Nothing. I had called later on during the day, got an answer and started to explain who I was and the person hung up in my face. Then responded to the text saying she’s still at her appointment and not near the handyman. His services might be good, but I’ll never know. The other one star rating seemed to be the almost identical experience I had experienced.

Very quick response and appointment. Very reasonable and very professional. Great work!! Definitely recommend!
