Craig’s Electrical is the best! First off they answer the phone and you get to talk to a real person who is nice and helpful and gets you set up with what you need. Then when Rhett came out to do the actual work, he was awesome and got the job done and made sure i knew what i needed to know to keep my generator up to date and running well. What stands out the most to me is how nice and personable and willing to help everyone is! Thank you Craig’s electrical!

Always very professional service..their technicians, in this case, Jose, let me know by text when he was on his way. I was also sent a notice from Craig’s saying he would be coming and included a photo of the technician! Double security and use of time! I always feel informed

Total satisfaction from initial contact to set appointment to actual service technician Rhett, who called to advise time of arrival (on time) he was very knowledgeable and took time to explain service being done and operation of the generator, add his politeness, this allowed for an excellent experience all around.
