We had a clogged pipe that shut down 2 bathrooms. Troy, assisted by Steve, carefully checked the situation, diagnosed the problem and quickly got everything working again. We had a broken sewer line right at the city connection. It had been a 3 month ordeal trying to get the city to come out and do something about it. We gave up on the city and had 3 different companies come out and video the line. 2 said it was such a gray area of ownership that they wouldn't touch it. The third gave us a bid of $7000 and a list of nightmare situations that would most likely occur in digging a massive hole and removing part of our fence, gate and sidewalk. Then a friend suggested I call Michel's Plumbing. I did with little expectations. Holly was amazing. She quoted us a price less than 1/3 that other amount and said they couldn't get to it until next week. I then sent her photos so she could fully understand the situation. She said no problem, the price isn't changing. The next day she called me at 8am and said I have a cancellation if you want to get this done immediately. I said YES PLEASE!
