The gentleman that provided the service was very professional and polite. He was able to explain what he believed the problem and also gave some helpful information. Devin was the technician sent to explore my sewer blockage. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and at all times respectful and professional. With his diligent work and understanding of sewer-line construction, he was able to locate both the hidden/ below grade clean-out and remove the root infestation. Two other well known plumbing companies had attempted to solve the problem with only temporarily relief. Both suggested under slab excavation costing thousands.
