I called them after this Feb 2021 cold snap with broken water lines under my house. Tommy and Mason came and despite having to crawl under my cold and muddy house they were both very warm and professional. They fixed five broken lines in record time and seemed happy to get it done. Bad work, used bare channel locks on polished surfaces, damaged my tub. Hundreds of dollars in damages. Replaced the toilet and left the old one in the shower?
