Yes I was told that it would be $100 to check my problem and $38 a hr after that to fix it . Well all they did was install an instant flow heater in my concession trailer and it took them 2-3 hrs and the water still wasn’t coming out hot and they charged me triple the price .. a total of $395 plus the $100 charge .. I will never call them again ..then I call the owner and ask if it’s true about the plumber charging me $195 a hr and he said yes … I would never pay a plumber $195 a hr .. so paid them $495 and my stuff still ain’t working .. Service was solid. The onsite team communicated well and got the small job turned around quickly. My issue was the cost of the parts, especially knowing what they sell for at the local Home Depot / Lowes. Parts should not be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled. Service: Faucet repair

I had a couple of guys come out and they were super nice and professional. They took their shoes off to ensure to not track anything in my house. They were quick and even talked me through everything they did to make sure I knew what they did and that they did a great job. Excellent service and would use them again for any service.
