Yes I was told that it would be $100 to check my problem and $38 a hr after that to fix it . Well all they did was install an instant flow heater in my concession trailer and it took them 2-3 hrs and the water still wasn’t coming out hot and they charged me triple the price .. a total of $395 plus the $100 charge .. I will never call them again ..then I call the owner and ask if it’s true about the plumber charging me $195 a hr and he said yes … I would never pay a plumber $195 a hr .. so paid them $495 and my stuff still ain’t working .. If I could give 100 stars I would!!!! As a first time manager of properties I had no clue what I was doing when it came to plumbing. When I called on Friday, it was late in the day and I was a clueless individual. The owner and his wife took the time out of their vacation to give ma a call. Not only was that a blessing I was sent multiple updates from the technician along with maps of locations when they were on their way. Permits were required for this job and they didn’t hesitate to take care of business!! I’m beyond happy with the work that was completed in a timely manner ! I would definitely recommend and use them in the future!!! Thanks again Hargraves plumbing for excellence and professional work!!!
