I contacted Butcher AC which is 24 hour to come out to fix AC unit but they were too busy to report the night, so I was promised someone would follow up with me the following morning. It is noon and still no call back. When I called the morning, I was told they had no approximate time of coming but would call out 20 minutes prior. So I took the liberty of calling Parish… Parish was to my home approximately 20 minutes after my call. The tech Kourtney reported and was very knowledgeable and she diagnosed the issue immediately. She had to return to the office for parts but returned quickly. My AC unit was back to functioning approximately 1.5 hours later. Parish charges $89 to come out to diagnose while Butcher charges $98 during business day hours. I’m more than certain we saved all the way around by going with Parish. When temperatures hit 100+ degrees in south Louisiana and your AC goes out, it's time to panic. That's until you get referred to Parish Cooling and Heating. Their friendly and responsive dispatch surely hit the hammer on the nail with timing when they said they would have someone out here quickly. After a quick diagnosis and repair, my wife is no longer wanting to commit murder to my soul. Jennifer was our service tech and what a remarkable and knowledgeable young lady. She was super sweet and also gave some pointers on how to keep our AC in good running condition. Amazing service! A/C was not working when we returned from work. With a five month old, we needed someone to check it out asap. Not only was the call taken immediately, response time was amazing (even after normal business hours). Jen was great and had our air back on in less than an hour.
