Eric has done work for me and my family on multiple occasions. He is reliable and trustworthy. His company does more than just electrical. Most recently he made some ADA improvements to my home that involved removing walls and a complete bathroom renovation. The customer service and expertise cannot be beat. He provides me updates regularly and makes suggestions that I would have never have thought of on my own! Initially they did not wire the new hot tub according to specifications and they had to come back and add an additional circuit. Then I found out later they installed a main power supply cable that was too small. He blamed the supplier for handing him the wrong size cable. I would expect Eric to know the difference. By this time my client was frustrated and had no confidence in Eric, so they hired another electrician to finish the job. I then contacted Eric and requested that I be reimbursed for what I had paid him, as he obviously did not do the job properly. He agreed, but after several weeks and multiple attempts to contact him, I still have not received my payment. If you are looking for an good electrician, I recommend that you look somewhere else! NOTE: I think it's misleading when Lynetta Anderson and Eric Anderson (owners) each put in their own stellar Google Review for their company. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. -Eric (the owner) seemed like a go-getter and a problem solver, but only showed up only once for less than 10 minutes on the first day of the job to brief his crew for a $7,300 quote. The rest of the time it was just his crew who did not competently complete the job. He did show up months later after many calls to try to fix some obvious issues and collected $5,800 on the $7,300 quote (we fairly paid him for all work completed in full and for half the quoted price for the work left unfinished). This is before we realized the work was improperly done. *Examples of work done incorrectly: -(3) Romex wires were coming out of the wall in ONE hole (see pic) for one short run of undercabinet LED tape lights.
