I have used Temperature Pro in the past and am so confident in the high level of service they provide that I purchased their maintenance plan. Last night my thermostat just didn’t work anymore. Turns out the water in the pan under my unit was the problem and that maintenance plan covered my after-hours service call. Damon came right out and got my AC back up and running in no time and installed the monitoring equipment I requested while he was here. In TemperaturePro, Mr. Daniel Monroe is very professional and a great person who you want to have business with. In February, I wanted to update the AC system, Mr. Daniel listened and answered all my questions in a timely matter, and gave me choices on different levels. Based on my choice, they installed an outdoor condensing unit and AC evaporator coil for me. In TemperaturePro, Mr. Cory is very experienced and nice. He installed new AC for me. Later on, he came to solve problems twice, the last time was the heater blower problem. Each time he detected the problem quickly and solved it.
