I have used Temperature Pro in the past and am so confident in the high level of service they provide that I purchased their maintenance plan. Last night my thermostat just didn’t work anymore. Turns out the water in the pan under my unit was the problem and that maintenance plan covered my after-hours service call. Damon came right out and got my AC back up and running in no time and installed the monitoring equipment I requested while he was here. As a first time home owner, I know I can depend on Temperature Pro to ensure my AC will be running for a very long time. Great company and great people. Cannot recommend them enough. Mr. Daniel Monroe went out of his way to help me in the process of purchasing my central air and heating unit. He was very professional and responded to questions I had even over the weekend. He even referred me to an electrician, Amy Cox of Cox Electric, to check out my wiring and install lights in my attic. Amy was wonderful, a very hard worker, and took the time to explain to me what she was doing. The technician and helper that took care of the unit installation were also very professional and informative. When the installation was complete the technician explained to me how to work the thermostat. Mr. Monroe came out and did a walk through with the technicians and then made sure I was happy with everything. I feel like a valued customer. Cory was knowledgeable and honest. After doing a thorough examination of my 20 year old system he gave me the expected bad news that the efficiency of my compressor was the reason for the unit not cycling on very hot days. He did not try to perform any unneeded services and only charged and $89 fee. I will definitely be contacting them for replacement in the fall. Hopefully I can limp through the summer!
