We own several properties of which two of them are condos here in Lafayette, two of our granddaughters reside there. Upon returning from vacation one of our granddaughters discovered an issue In the upstairs closet of her guest bedroom, water seeps its own level so we were not sure what the issue was. We call Pelican Roofing Company, with their very knowledgeable inspector and their professional crew they came in and resolved our problem, They also have their own sheet-metal working shop, it was all done by them in a timely and professional manner, I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a roof issue and I intend to use them in the future when needed. Good customer service before the roof was installed. Bad part of the installation was the crew couldn’t speak English. After my roof was installed we suffered with flat tires for the next 3 weeks after. I found obvious long rolls of nails and small nails all down my driveway and my front yard. I was stuck on the side of the interstate because of a flat tire and my work truck tire had to be replaced. When I contact sales guy named Shawn. He was trying to tell me it’s my fault because there are leaf’s in my yard!! And he no longer has good customer service. He previously promised if I get flat tires he would pay for it. But I got the feeling once he got my last payment he was done with me. He has not called me back about paying me back for flat tires and did not offer to come to my home and look or run a magnet through my yard. Previous he admitted to me on his own that I was charged too much for my roof. He said my roof should have costed $11,000 but because my insurance was involved th
