It all started with an emergency call on a weekend, broken water shut-off to the Refrigerator, water everywhere. We had to shut down the whole house. Seamus was dispatched immediately and did a great job and water restored. Being new to Concord we asked about his other services and signed up for a water filtration system doing a great job with that install. Brittney the heating tech. came next to see our heating system and impressed us with her expertise. Since then we have signed up for their home heating service plan based on their amazing communication and service professionalism. Bonus, I always get a live person and not a recording when contacting the office! We look forward to working with Papalia Home Services and the continued quality of their services.
