I called late on a Wednesday night after we discovered our sink drain was clogged and Pat was able to come to our house and fix it by noon on Thursday. He was friendly, efficient, and super helpful with giving us advice on how to avoid clogging the sink again (rice evades our sink trap and can accumulate, who knew).
