Our shower drain clogged and my partner was calling all the plumbers in the area to try to get it fixed. The drain guy called us back and let us know that it’s probably just frozen due to the extreme cold we had. The other plumbers were pushy about scheduling and requiring payment up front but the drain guy was very kind and reassuring. He will be the first I call the next time we have a problem. I called for a kitchen drain and while I said it wasn't an emergency Matt was able to send someone over within a short time. The technician was great and fixed the problem. The fixed rate is a big plus. I will use them again and again.
Matt was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, showed up within hours on a Sunday, fixed our issue quickly and left everything sparkling clean. Very friendly, would highly recommend!
