Chris Sennott and his crew did an excellent job putting on our new roof last week! Throughout the process of getting the estimate and scheduling the job, Chris was straightforward and very responsive by email and phone, and his pricing was quite reasonable based on the other bids that we received (plus he didn't push us to replace things that were still in decent shape). The job ended up getting delayed slightly due to inclement weather, but Chris kept us up-to-date on the revised ETA, and there's nothing you can do about rain! Once we finally had some good weather, the Carroll Sons crew was super efficient (finished the whole job in 1 day!) and they did a great job cleaning up the debris. Chris was also prompt about handing a few touch-ups afterwards, and our condo association is very satisfied with the final results. I would definitely recommend Carroll Sons to anyone looking for professional roofing services at a great price.

The roofers broke a storm widow on the top floor and left unconnected down spouts. Despite repeated requests and promises of repair these remain unfixed .
