Plumbing Solutions was excellent from the customer service on my call, the responsive dispatch same-day to my house, the on-time arrival, and the excellent work Artie, Shane and Jake did installing two new sump pumps for us. Artie consulted on the job and explained choices and the process in detail, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up. They saved us ahead of a big rain storm. I hired Plumbing Solutions twice. The first time, I had a garbage disposal unit that needed to be fixed. I identified the issue late at night and sent a message to Plumbing Solutions since they had good reviews and were close by. They contacted me in the morning and gave me the first immediate opening. They sent over a very professional and qualified plumber (Enrique) and his assistant (Jake), and the office kept me posted on their ETA via text messages until they arrived. Less than 30 minutes later, they replaced the disposal with a new one, and the issue was resolved. I especially appreciate their customer service, courtesy, and professionalism. I like that they notify you about their arrival time every step of the way and that they wear plastic booties upon entering the home, and accept digital payments.
