I hired Plumbing Solutions twice. The first time, I had a garbage disposal unit that needed to be fixed. I identified the issue late at night and sent a message to Plumbing Solutions since they had good reviews and were close by. They contacted me in the morning and gave me the first immediate opening. They sent over a very professional and qualified plumber (Enrique) and his assistant (Jake), and the office kept me posted on their ETA via text messages until they arrived. Less than 30 minutes later, they replaced the disposal with a new one, and the issue was resolved. I especially appreciate their customer service, courtesy, and professionalism. I like that they notify you about their arrival time every step of the way and that they wear plastic booties upon entering the home, and accept digital payments. What happened recently is a pipe burst due to the extreme cold we had over the weekend. Plumbing Solutions responded in 1 Day ! I was so grateful for that; some plumbers leave you waiting a week !
