Without hesitation I highly recommend Sean and his team. The installers, Diago and Fabio were professional, meticulous, and quick! We couldn't be happier with the entire process. Sean is extremely knowledgable about the heat-pump equipment.

After being quoted >2x the amount by another Heating and Cooling company for Mini Splits, Sean came in and gave us a very reasonable quote that we went with. The quality and service of the job however was more aligned with the first quote for twice as much. His crew was the utmost professional and left the job site clean everyday, and the work came out phenomenal. Sean also was an extremely valuable resource for navigating the MassSave program. I have recommended Pro Heating and Cooling to a few people already, and I don’t plan on stopping.

Sean was great...we removed steam radiators and installed ducted heat pumps. Our place had some quirks with 2 rooms without any heat, one room needing a mini split. Sean was super creative in solving the issues and very communicative throughout. He helped coordinate radiator removal, upgrading electrical, and made the job happen during the window we were hoping for. we now have fully ducted heat and AC! Pro heating and cooling also does plumbing and we decided to move our laundry from the basement to second floor. They were great with figuring that out as well!
