Excellent and professional service, and we're very satisfied with our new unit. Having recently moved into our new condo, we found our old heat pump (that handled AC and heating) was extremely worse for the wear. It did not produce AC, barely produced heat, & had excessive physical wear/tear since it was built in 1983. Gassco disposed of the old heat pump, damaged ducts in our attic, and air handler so we could start fresh. The new ducts and air handler they installed in our attic are so much more well organized and better designed to distribute airflows throughout our condo. They painstakingly worked to achieve this impressive organization (including test after test to make sure they got it right) over the many hours I watched them dedicate to the task. The outside heat pump was equally impressive, as they completely removed the old unit, electrical lines, and refrigerant lines from my crowded deck, then installed new ones at the edge of my yard. Bottom of the sink was leaking you were suppose to fix about 6 months ago..It needed a sink basket or something like that. You guys improvised, trying to save a buck, and now all my cabinets are ruined. Not only did you mickey mouse the job you failed to screw it back together using 2 screws instead of the 3 which it needs..You had no problem billing this to a senior, but you also took advantage of her because she didn't know. .I fixed it for her!!! My forced air gas furnace system and AC was installed in 2005. The furnace died and the AC system was end of life so my whole system had to be replaced. I got quotes from greenenergymech.com, dempseyenergy.com, bostonstandardplumbing.com, sila.com and gasscoheatingandcooling.com. Sila and Boston standard were both crazy expensive. Dempsey was the lowest quote but the equipment wasn't the best and the quote didn't provide much detail. Overall Gassco offered the highest quality equipment at the lowest cost and a clear signal of quality. Green energy would have been my second choice price/equipment. Gassco were able to start the install three days after I accepted the quote. It took two full days to install with a team of 3. They were punctual, did high quality work, and cleaned up great.
