I can not say enough about the great experience I had. From first calling in for service to the technician. Upfront with cost and their process . Tyler Torres was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was troubleshooting along the way. He was able to get my ac up in running on a 95 degree week. He also got stuck in a downpour and had such a positive attitude. He also gave great feedback and information on my system that is not common and he also was not familiar but quickly became an expert on the system. I also signed up for their maintenance program for future. I had previously contacted the company that installed my system before I purchased my home and had a terrible experience. They seemed to not have any interest in my business but I am glad that there was a silver lining. Highly recommend this company. Service: A/C system repair

My experience with Landry Mechanical was excellent. My central air conditioner unit died during the heat wave several weeks ago. Landry Mechanical was recommended to me by a neighbor. They were able to send a sales rep to my house quickly and were amazing to work with from the first phone call to the installation. My sales rep, Tim Lussier, was knowledgeable, responsive and very patient with me as we worked through my options and the timing of the project. The office staff and installation team was a pleasure to work with. It is clear that the whole team has been trained to provide excellent customer service. I found their pricing competitive. I love my new Bosch heat pump unit and plan to continue to work with Landry Mechanical for all my HVAC needs.
