My experience with Landry Mechanical was excellent. My central air conditioner unit died during the heat wave several weeks ago. Landry Mechanical was recommended to me by a neighbor. They were able to send a sales rep to my house quickly and were amazing to work with from the first phone call to the installation. My sales rep, Tim Lussier, was knowledgeable, responsive and very patient with me as we worked through my options and the timing of the project. The office staff and installation team was a pleasure to work with. It is clear that the whole team has been trained to provide excellent customer service. I found their pricing competitive. I love my new Bosch heat pump unit and plan to continue to work with Landry Mechanical for all my HVAC needs.

AC stopped working and I submitted a service request via the web site. Received a prompt response and was able to have service within a few hours. Communication was great. Tyler T. arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He offered several suggestions and we agreed on a solution. He was excellent at explaining the issue and completing the work. Highly recommend and will be calling for any future issues I have. Thank you
