Landry Mechanical is a phenomenal company - I recently experienced an issue with my cental air conditioning unit and I relied upon Landry Mechanical to diagnose and fix the issue. I was exceptionally impressed with the prompt attention I was given and the exceptional level of service. The technician, Chris Sullivan was one of the best technician's I have had the opportunity to meet - he was professional, respectful, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and HONEST. Chris took the time to go out of his way to explain to me the central issue and made sure I understood the different repair options available. Additionally, Chris went out of his way to provide additional instructions on regular maintenance and suggestions to keep my AC unit running smoothly - he was awesome. The entire process was easy, quick and painless and I will never utilize another company for any of my HVAC needs. I can highly recommend Landry Mechanical for any of your plumbing needs. I have used them twice - once to install a new water heater, and the second time to fix clogged pipes and to install a new toilet. The company responded within the day, and the person who came, Dennis Parker, was very competent, professional, and took the time to explain everything. My experience with Landry Mechanical was excellent. My central air conditioner unit died during the heat wave several weeks ago. Landry Mechanical was recommended to me by a neighbor. They were able to send a sales rep to my house quickly and were amazing to work with from the first phone call to the installation. My sales rep, Tim Lussier, was knowledgeable, responsive and very patient with me as we worked through my options and the timing of the project. The office staff and installation team was a pleasure to work with. It is clear that the whole team has been trained to provide excellent customer service. I found their pricing competitive. I love my new Bosch heat pump unit and plan to continue to work with Landry Mechanical for all my HVAC needs.
