On 3-18-21 I phoned JC Plumbing and got their answering service and left information with a live person that I had a leaking pipe in a radiator that needed fixing. The woman I talked to said she'd have someone there first thing in the morning so I took the day off. No one showed the next day, Friday the 19th so I called to find out when a plumber would be showing up. The woman at JC who answered said she knew nothing about it and that I would get a call back (I didn't). I scheduled another appointment for 3-22-21. The plumber from JC Jacobs showed up (I wasn't home at the time), fixed nothing and apparently turned off a set of valves that fed water to a cast iron heater in the upstairs bathroom. My elderly father was watching him but couldn't specifically point to which valves the tech had turned. Your plumber said he'd be back the next day, 3-23 so I took the day off and he never showed again and the woman I talked to at JC said he was somewhere else and apparently had no intention of

Incredibly quick response to an emergency. Reasonable prices and most important quality work.

Got the run around for close to two months .charge me 100.00 to tighten a clamp and said the job was done they saw how much work had to be done to do the job and I have to call every other day water filled up a large barrel . Way to treat loyal customers. Then they say they are too busy to get too the job final straw was when the receptionist hung up on me got another plumber and the job was done in 2 days. Thanks for nothing.
