O'Lyn's did a wonderful job replacing the roof on my garage. The service was timely, and the staff was professional in every way. I especially appreciated the hard work of the two men who did the labor. I have one small complaint that doesn't affect the star rating: there should have been better coordination between the sales executive who came out and took the order and said any of the roofing options online were available, and the project manager who arrived the day of the work to tell me very few options were actually available. Supply chain issues have affected the roofing industry just as they have all industries. So instead of getting the dark brown roof I wanted, I ended up with slate grey. It's not a major issue but it's a disappointment that didn't need to happen. It would be nice if the sales executive had samples of all the available options in his (or her) van, so the client does not need to choose based on online samples, which never fully match the real-life roofing ma

We had O’Lyn replace our 20+ year old roof - they were great from start to finish! They responded quickly to our initial inquiry. The representative (John) who came for the initial visit was clearly very experienced and extremely knowledgeable - he thoroughly inspected the existing roof, and provided good recommendations for the new roof that I wouldn’t have thought of. It really gave peace of mind that we were in good hands. The work itself was done promptly and efficiently; the crew cleaned up everything (no nails in the driveway - I checked before parking!). The new roof looks great, and I’m confident it will last. This was our first roof job - I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had a great experience from start to finish with O'Lyn. Bob, the sales representative was punctual, straightforward, and accommodating. He and the team at the office really went above and beyond for me personally and I will always remember that. The quality of the work and the speed at which it was completed (day and a half) was above my expectations. The crew showed up before sunrise and worked until sunset.
