O'Lyn's did a wonderful job replacing the roof on my garage. The service was timely, and the staff was professional in every way. I especially appreciated the hard work of the two men who did the labor. I have one small complaint that doesn't affect the star rating: there should have been better coordination between the sales executive who came out and took the order and said any of the roofing options online were available, and the project manager who arrived the day of the work to tell me very few options were actually available. Supply chain issues have affected the roofing industry just as they have all industries. So instead of getting the dark brown roof I wanted, I ended up with slate grey. It's not a major issue but it's a disappointment that didn't need to happen. It would be nice if the sales executive had samples of all the available options in his (or her) van, so the client does not need to choose based on online samples, which never fully match the real-life roofing ma

O’Lyn replaced the slate roofs on our house and detached garage. They won our business with their professionalism, expertise and communication, along with a fair price. We experienced one hiccup with the work, and they really nailed the resolution, and quickly. We are very pleased with the work. John MacDonald was our sales rep and goes highly recommended.

O'Lyn installed new gutters and downspouts on my house and detached garage. The sales associate was great, communicated well, and was not pushy. They anticipated it could take 4-6 weeks before the job could start but only took 2-3 weeks. They used a large team of installation staff which makes the job go quickly (finished in under 8 hours). The contract and payment process was simple too. Cost was similar to other estimates I received. My only piece of feedback is they needed to do a better job of clean-up after the job. Days later I was finding sharp pieces of gutter metal in my lawn and bushes as well as nails, screws, excess caulking and wood. They also need to do a better job and be more careful screwing in things - there are a lot of screws that are poking out of rafter tails, etc. But otherwise a good job and I would recommend.
