BEWARE - do not use this company. Called to have a toilet that was rocking / wobbly fixed. Had a scheduled appt on Friday and tech never showed. Called back and got an appt scheduled for tuesday the next week, tech never showed and never heard from him. Finally got them to agree to come out yesterday (Thursday). The tech created more problems than he fixed. I have a non-working toilet and asked him to look at faucets in master bathroom to replace sealant, took faucets apart, now I have a non-functional faucet, he put them back on wrong, the rough in is out of place and I have no water. Called the office to speak to a manager or supervisor, was told they don't work on Fridays (this is a plumbing company btw emergencies happen all the time) and call back on Monday. THIS PLACE IS A SHAM, DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND DO NOT USE THEM. Edit: Had a legit plumbing service come and install new faucet on Monday and had them look at toilet that was supposedly fixed by Gordon's. Plumbe
Efficient and professional service. I called late on Sunday and they sent someone first thing Monday morning. Ian arrived on time. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. He laid out the options and pricing in advance so there were no surprises. I will be recommending Gordon's Plumbing Co to my neighbors and friends!
I have used Gordon's Plumbing Co before and I will use them again. They actually answer the phone. They actually have someone come out quickly. They work quickly and efficiently and always their end product and service is done perfectly.
