We have had great experiences with 128. We lost our furnace and they were very proactive in helping get it replaced. Brad went over the options and helped walk us through the process with the help of Sandy for mass save loan and rebates and Amanda for scheduling. The day of installation was the team lead by Ron, with Jared and Mark. They were very professional in there role with all members knowledgeable and willing to answer any question. The job was completed ahead of schedule with great workmanship. Ron walked us through all the aspects of the equipment, maintenance requirements and a total check out to make sure it worked properly. We were extremely pleased with the plumbing and drain work completed today by 128PHCE on our home in Stoneham. John, the master plumber did a wonderful job on replacing antiquated leaking piping in our basement laundry area. Jeff and Richie, the drain specialists were awesome, in the work they did to create and place a sewer drain pipe liner, as we had previous cracks in the line and tree root intrusions. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner and left the space cleaner than when they found it. We wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again! John, Nick and Craig came and performed various updates, installations and repairs. I had a new dishwasher and water filter installed, replaced ancient shut off valves, repaired leaks in old pipes, replaced an old shower valve, stopped pipes from banging and got new kitchen faucet. THEY WERE AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable, extremely neat and accommodating. They explained things so I could understand the mechanics of what they were doing On a scale from 1-5, they get a 10!!!!!!!! I highly recommend them!!!
