Very pleased with the attention and professionalism shown in my first time meeting with 128 Plumbing Technicians, Chandler and Stephen. Both were very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing throughout the time here. I couldn’t be more happy to now have 128 Plumbing for my new maintenance contractors. My condenser and air handler gave up after decades of service. 128 sent a tech over to perform an assessment and determined that it was not worth recharging due to its age and condition. They were quickly able to schedule a consultation and walk me through the rebate and heat loan programs offered by the state of Massachusetts. There was a bit of back and forth between myself, the state agency and 128 but we were able to get everything approved in a couple weeks. Thankfully, once the paperwork was approved, 128 was able to schedule the installation that same week! Everyone I dealt with at 128 was very helpful and professional. My only complaint is that the drain lines from my newly installed mini splits just dump on the pavers under the heat pump despite having a downspout a couple feet away. Everyone we worked with at 128 Plumbing was great! We put in some Mitsubishi Split units. Evan met with us to make a recommendation - he really understood out situation and helped us get the best system for our needs. The office folks who helped us get our MassSave loan (Sandy R) and who did the scheduling (Amanda) were helpful and supportive. Wayne, head of the installation crew, was fantastic. He is incredibly thorough and thoughtful and was fun to have at the house while the work was going on. All the installers were great about putting on shoe covers when they worked inside, using drop cloths, and leaving the house clean. We were able to run the A/C a few times before the end of the heat wave and were very happy with the results. We talked to two other companies before we decided to go ahead with 128 Plumbing. I'm confident we made the right choice.
