Chambers Heating & A.C. Service

I am so grateful for these guys! My furnace went out overnight and I woke up to a 54° degree house. Stephen was so kind and helpful on the phone. His brother Kevin showed up early in the afternoon, and was able to get the furnace going while we waited for the necessary parts to arrive. They kept me in the loop of what was going on, and when the parts arrived had my repair done quickly and neatly. They were both so kind and responsive to me and handled everything perfectly. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with the Chambers brothers. Our central AC was leaking water into our bedroom from our attic and we were panicked. Not only that, it was one of the hottest weeks of the year. Every other place we called said the earliest they could send someone was at least a week. I called Steve and he responded immediately and squeezed us in for the next morning - on 4th of July weekend! He and his brother Kevin were so responsive. Kevin arrived early and he really took his time to understand the problem, troubleshooted and explained everything to us. He even took extra time to check on various other parts of our machine to ensure it was working properly. He made recommendations to ensure we had other repairs covered by warranty instead of charging us extra. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They saved us! Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. Most places we called told us it would be a week or two before they could even send someone to come look at it. Stephen promptly responded and went out of his way to come at the end of a long day so that we would not have to go overnight without AC. He was prompt, efficient and priced very reasonably.
