Bryan must also have that special sixth sense that Ollie has! He knew exactly where to locate the burst pipe & repaired it efficiently. Old houses are a special challenge, & Bryan's expertise, patience, & friendly manner make him an outstanding member of your team. We had a burst pipe over the weekend due to the cold weather. Ken was able to get someone to us in just over 24 hrs after my call. Bryan was super communicative in what work needed to happen to repair the pipe and was efficient in his repair and restoring our water. He was also observant and notice another slow leaking faucet and offered recommendations for how to fix that. Super appreciated the attention to detail, professionalism and speed of service.
