Our (older) AC system wasn't working. We had someone else work on it and they got it working but it stopped almost immediately after they left. Rich from U. Mechanical looked at it and really spent the time to track down everything about the system and it's been working perfectly for over a year now. We really appreciated the care he took took to figure it out and fix it up. We always have UM service our gas boilers as well and they've been great. Good service, they came out on time and did the maintenance and tuneup of our high efficiency systems. Clearly explained what needed to be done. Services: Water heater repair, HVAC system maintenance
Converted from Oil to Gas, they were excellent. Also had several other issues at another property and they handled the emergency calls in a timely fashion. Always respectful and professional.
