Excellent customer service, great experience, trustworthy company Service: Outdoor lighting installation

Terrible service - actually non existent. 8 years ago I used them and they were fabulous. I have moved and called last week to schedule an appointment today. Nobody showed! I called and left a voicemail - nobody to answer the phone. Now I am going to look for another electrician - shame, because I really did like them when they did work on my house in Stoneham. Don't know what happened to the company.
