Beware of Terrible Professionalism! Unreliable! Keep reading for details so this isn’t covered up by some generic “you’re not a real person or a real customer response”. Initially, I was looking for a plumber to help fix the hot water in my tenant's unit. I made calls to several plumbers in the area and Mark responded that Saturday evening and was able to come to my house to address the next day. Turns out it was a frozen pipe in my basement. Based on Mark's responsiveness at the time, I thought it worth getting a quote from him on installing a washer/dryer hookup in my tenant's unit as well. He looked at the space where I hoped to get it installed and told me he could get a quote to me likely the next day. That's when things went downhill.... After 2 weeks of periodically calling/texting Mark, consistently being told that he would call me back but NEVER did, he finally gave me a time that actually worked to talk on the phone only to request my email address to send the quote I waited

Due to the Freezing weather this 2016 winter brings, the water pipes in my house broke and there was water everywhere, I did not hear anything until I wanted some water from the kitchen fridge downstairs. I quicky googled "Plumbers near me" and I chose to call Mark's Plumbing out of despair. There was lots of water coming out in my kitchen, laundry area and the basement. Mark the owner answered my call, he was kind and said he would come right away, he arrived in 15 minutes. I have had a similar problem before and the previous plumber really messed up my plumbing and electrical (yes electrical). Long story short, my urgent problem is fixed, I have water running again and no leaks, all under two hours from my call. We have agreed that he would return in the near future to look at other pluming and heating issues the house has. I needed a leak under my bathroom sink repaired and a new faucet in my kitchen I found Mark's Plumbing & Heating on line, he had great reviews so I called Mark. He fixed everything the next day.
