Our air conditioner went out on one of the hotter days of the year. Because of our Gibbs Heating & Air Conditioning plan, we were guaranteed immediate service. Dennis was the specialist assigned. He was diplomatic, skilled and punctual. He identified our problem and got us back in business in 60 minutes. Massive service!!
