During the annual checkup a problem was found. The technician quickly determined what was needed and came back two days later to install the needed part. Service: Heating system repair
I called customer service as my AC didnt work and inside my house was 90 degrees and unlivable.. The next day the arrived and fixed it. OUTSATANDING respone time and EXCEPTIONAL service
The first time I called the service on my furnace I was told the technician would be at my house between 8am and 12pm and he never showed up so I had to call again to make a different appointment and this time a technician did show up within the allotted time frame, and fix the problem
