Central Cooling & Heating

We replaced our entire home HVAC (2 zone) system with two Carrier high efficiency heat pump and furnaces. We obtained multiple estimates from authorized installers, but was most impressed with Central Cooling & Heating. Both David Rousseau and Dan Brown are so extremely knowledgeable (w/ the latest industry trends and technologies), personable, and attentive to address all my concerns with clarity. They designed a very comprehensive and optimal energy efficient system tailored to my home and specific needs. From start to finish, the planning, measuring, and actual installation were EXCEPTIONAL. I hired Central Cooling & Heating to fix some older, poorly installed minisplits in my house. They don't usually work on this brand, but were willing to attempt a fix (time and materials because of unknowns) and they 100% succeeded. I am thrilled! The technicians arrived on time, made several recommendations and managed to remove noisy condensate pumps and get gravity drains working. They were good problem solvers and reached out to their manager when they needed guidance and communicated with me along the way when I was curious about the situation.
